Great place to go when you plan to buy real organic food (not the fake organics from large food chains) and live in the Bloomington area.

Great local Co op. Lots of organic foods. I like the fact in the deli that made alot of vegan friendly foods. Check out the pictures. Friendly staff.

We love Blooming Foods! (And it feels good to shop a local brand. They have a sice selection of seasonal local organic meats produce in a very small storefront. Unfortunately they are not well priced; I 'd even say cost prohibitive for many.

Fantastic Cubano sandwich, the best one in Bloomington! Each sandwich comes with a bag of chips and pickle which is great! It is also a coop so you can find lots of fresh food there. I had a cup of coffee and it was excellent.

Venerable local co-op provides excellent variety of locally and/or organically sourced health food and specialty items at decent prices. Interior can feel cramped but is extremely efficient. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The deli/butcher counter offers many deliciously hand prepared hot food items. Plentiful seasonal items including garden plants, flowers, growing equipment, etc.
