Burger King - Bloomington

Even busy the line moved quickly and my food was HOT! Very happy with this location.

The friendly guy at the counter saves this from being one star. I'm always impressed by BK coming up with new ways to disappoint. Food hot off the grill but still only sort of warm, an app that frustrates all parties involved, and my favorite... A primary product so mediocre that you sell out of the alternative choices. A+ dude at the window though, give that guy a raise.

This place have going downhill my family and I have gone to this place and it suppose to closed at 11 it been closed at 10 sometimes before 10 no manager be on site for the problem we had today we order mozzarella sticks got the window they took my card come back and didn't have any mozzarella sticks so had to get something else but it didn't come out to be what we spent at Burger King we goes to the other Burger King over on Nicollet in Bloomington this one stuck!!

Food not good even by fast food standards. Very fancy exterior but really not a solid time eating here.

Jennifer needs customer service classes. Don't expect her to be cheery. But it'd be nice to at least get a hi and have a nice day. Instead she says nothing.
