Wendy's - Bloomington

This place was great earlier, but not now. Drive-Thru is incredibly slow, 25 minutes the last time I was there. in addition, the staff at the order is not friendly. my mother I take care of loves her chile, but the last three times I ordered chile that they were out. her love to her chile is the only reason why I sat 25 minutes in the drive-thin line. I could understand when it was late, but it wasn't. all the things that are considered eating are still good, but the waiting time and the unfriendly staff do not make it worth it. I guess I will try the wendy’s on the 2nd street and hope it is a more positive experience.

Line staff cared more about gossiping then working. Male cashier was less than welcoming. He wasn't wearing uniform and acted as if we were inconveniencing him taking our order.

Wow, this location has improved so much! I pulled into drive thru and there were 5 cars in front of me so I knew I'd miss my girlfriend's birthday which was coming up in two weeks but surprise surprise, they were so fast this time I was out of there with my food 2 days before my girlfriend's birthday! Good job guys!

Filthy facility,fries and buns all over the kitchen area floor, flies on the doors and tables and drink area, out of stock on napkin holders with just a stack on the order counter.Out of lids. Out of lots of the drink selections. Chili was barely lukewarm. Had to go back to get the dressing for my salad. Too many kids standing around in the kitchen area. Trash cans needed emptying and tables wiped. Perfect storm for health dept to come in and shut you down.

I worked at a Wendy's in Indianapolis during the blizzard of 1978 ,was snowed in for three days , the only thing on the road was snow mobiles . We ended up playing poker with the Manager and won all the restaurants money . The Manager started crying we felt sorry for and made him a deal , to let us keep the proceeds made the first day we got back to working , for the money we all won , and he agreed to it . I mostly enjoyed. The triple cheese fries and smothy for the three day . .
