Maddie then told me that my brother could come to the store for a replacement. However, when he arrived, they informed him that he needed a receipt. So, I called back and spoke to Rebecca, who said that without a receipt, she couldn’t process a replacement. She also mentioned that she had made the sandwiches herself and was confident they were made correctly. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, especially during busy times. However, if she knew they were wrong, maybe she should ensure her team is trained to accurately prepare and check the orders. Overall, I suppose it's a lesson learned for me.

I was treated like a family and the experience was great. This is the best treatment I've ever had at a fast food location. I think it's a regular thing with McDonald, they treat everyone like that.

The lady that handled my Fiance 's order this morning was very very rude, calling him a crack head. We were furious! We asked to speak to the manager, and this hateful woman snaps back I 'm the general manager! And REFUSED to give us her name. We will be contacting corporate for this issue. This woman does not represent good and decent customer service. I will never buy from that store again until she is fired. I simply can not believe the treatment we recieved. Unacceptable

I usually have a positive opinion of McDonald's. As a large chain, they put in a lot of effort to maintain consistency and provide good customer service. Although I don't visit this particular location often because it's somewhat out of my way, I happened to be there and hungry at the same time. I was really impressed with my experience. I went through the drive-thru and was done in just a minute or two. It was so quick and efficient that I hardly even remember it, which is impressive in itself. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly as I ordered. They even included napkins in my bag. Honestly, I couldn't ask for more.

One star, only because there aren't any options for negative stars. This is my burger from there.
