Starbucks - Blue Ash

Very rude employee. Ordered a simple vanilla sweet cream cold brew and on the app and when u went to pick it up, it was made incorrectly. I didn’t even ask her to remake it, just asked her if the drink was meant for me and she rudely told me “it’s been sitting here for 25 minutes this is how we make it here” when it had been ordered 5 minutes before…horrible customer service.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE!!!I was going to buy a Starbucks cup today while shopping.. I looked at several and decided on a clear and a pink one. I was headed toward the register and one of the young employees was very RUDE.. yelling “we aren’t selling those until tomorrow”. I replied why.. my friend just bought one. She proceeded to ask where and I told her. She yelled even louder this is Ohio and I’m not sellling them.There was no sign or anything on the shelf stating that they wasn’t for sell.. I had no clue as to why.. It was no big deal because target had the same ones down the street. I hoping she was just having a bad day or I don’t see how she has kept her job with the attitude she had. I will update the name tomorrow.

I have frequented this Starbucks location and have consistently had great experiences. One standout was a blond man barista who had an impressive knowledge of coffee and always made excellent recommendations. However, I've noticed he's no longer there, which is very disappointing!!! I hope the new crew can learn from his example and deliver the same level of expertise and customer service.Although I was disappointed to hear that my favorite barista is no longer at this Starbucks location, finally I had a pleasant surprise during my recent visit. I was served by a new barista with pink hair who made a delicious cup of coffee. She may not have the same level of expertise as the previous barista, but she definitely knows her way around a coffee machine and chair machine as well. It's reassuring to know that the new crew has potential, and I look forward to trying more of their creations in the future!

They are never open on time and when they are open expect to wait quite a bit.
