This is, without a doubt, the best Philly Pretzel Factory I've ever visited. The location is cleaner, the service is faster, and the staff is more friendly and accommodating than anywhere else I've been.

The PF Lounge! They serve the best pretzels in the world, and their bakers are incredible!

So I ordered a day ahead and when i arrived today, the order was not ready. However when i left Chris from the store called me immediately and ensured me the order would be ready in 20 min. I really appreciated there effort to right this wrong. Thank you! Happy Holidays!

Really delicious pretzels at a really nice price. Has a number of similar type products such as hot dog in pretzel or pretzel bites, etc. No frills type place with takeout only, but the pretzels are delicious, price is great, and the service is certainly good enough.
