Bidra med feedbackI am a big fan of Chipotle and have only had a few negative experiences in 22 years, but this particular visit was extremely disappointing. The entryway was dirty and filled with bird droppings, the staff was understaffed, the burritos were poorly made, the cashier was unattentive, there was an ice bucket placed on a chair next to the soda fountain (a health hazard), and the dressing was not well done. I may still eat at Chipotle in the future, but I will not be returning to this location. I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the burrito filled me up.
The Zilantro calbreis was overcooked and crunchy, while the steak was tough, fatty, and cold. The 1/2 scoop pinto drill was disappointing. This visit to Chipotle was a letdown, and I don't plan on returning to the Blue Springs location for at least another year.
Very slow service, the kerl on the line has not changed his gloves after he had his head at the kratzer. watched this for 10 minutes being maintained as they had 3 online orders. to happiness has taken another person my order. unsanitary situation safe.
You know I keep giving the Coronado chipotle chance after chance to do right with their delivery service but they are greedy,careless and unprofessional every time. I spent over $20 tonight on one burrito. I paid for extra toppings. First off I got the wrong protein. Then I got a burrito half the size of a normal one even paying for the difference. I called to ask for a refund and was told to go online. Online service did me absolutely no good as well. I know word of mouth can go a long way. I guess here is my complaint. I eat chipotle multiple times a month and sometimes even multiple times a week and this by far is the worst location I’ve ever had experiences with. I hope to get a response back. I will be going up there tomorrow. I am not someone who likes to complain about their food, but this has happened so many times and I figured eventually they would get their stuff together but still nothing.
Placed a to go order and picked it up, when I got home both bowls I order were not even half full. I've been skimped on serving size before but never this bad. Called to complain and hope for a refund or something to be done about this but Sato n the phone for 10 minutes while it just rang and rang and no one answered. This was the worst chipotle experience ever
