Culver's - Blue Springs

I sincerely apologize for being particular, but I always order a salad to enjoy later on. I'm quite specific about how I want it so it doesn't get soggy before I eat it. I requested that they read back my order, but they didn’t. When I moved forward, the manager was there helping with another order, so I asked her to read it back to me as well, but she also failed to do so. Now, as I’m eating my salad, none of it is how I ordered it. How hard can it be to take a salad order? It feels like these people don't care about the pay they receive or the level of service they provide.

We were attended to by several quick and friendly staff members. The main person who assisted us was hilarious and very welcoming, and we had a light-hearted conversation filled with jokes. Overall, it’s a great location!

I used the Culver's app to place a curbside pickup order, and my food was ready right on schedule. It was served hot and tasted great, and the young woman who brought it out was polite. I will definitely be returning there again.

Always friendly employees, my order is always right, the food is hot and you are made to feel welcome!
