High quality ingredients and friendly staff in this restaurant. The prices are fair and the food is delicious.

The counterfeit was good at a slow night as they were not busy. I ordered the cheese steak. At least I know why it took so long. It takes a while to spread the meat to make it look like it's a real sandwich. After big sandwiches before, that was a deal breaker for me. And the prices are okay, not great. But after I was pressed for a donation and then a tip I spent too much for bad food. And I never found the cheese.

Would have loved to have my pickle. You asked if I wanted it I said yes. Didn?t ask for receipt to see if I was charged but was really disappointed seems silly but I it compliments the sandwich and it was just wasn?t the same. Employees were too busy talking they probably just for got.

I paid $1.20 for extra mushrooms, and this is what I received—just take a look at the picture. I'm really disappointed; I've never had a bad experience with them before. The sub was good, but it just didn’t match what I paid for. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again.

This was my first experience with Firehouse Subs, and it was amazing. The bread is incredibly fresh and melts in your mouth. Compared to other sub shops, Firehouse has become my new favorite!
