I tried to calling an order. The guy said I could order on the app or t the drive through. I went to the drive through with posted hour 11aam to 9 pm nd wited. She delivered order to everyone nd come to me nd I said I need to order. Feel diapering intothe building I thought she was getting a card reader. After 15 mins I called the store gain to 0lce n order nd they said thedrive though attendant left t 8 and I needed to download the app. I live 2 hrs from the closest Chick fil A and we just visitingmy parents. Don 't tell me yubhave a drive through when you are in a food court in a mall. Im not waking in there with a brokefoot no matter how good your nuggets are....and I sure don 't need a once a 2 year app!

Great place, always friendly and quality is always great and consistent. There is plenty of seating in the mall and a few seats directly in their space. Great Chick-fil-A!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, very safe and friendly environment.

Signature member here. Massive complaint with the mobile ordering. Here lately almost every time I order dine in table service my food gets left on the counter and I'm not aware of it. This time I ordered 3 milk shakes for table 1 and my shakes sat at the counter for 20 mins melted before a worker made me aware of it. Please if you are gonna offer dine in table service make sure you bring the order to the table.
