The Sweet Tooth Fairy - Bluffdale

What an experience. Was visiting from out of town. Was in town for business and wanted to treat some people to some cupcakes. Ended up going with 6 different flavors and a total of 24 cupcakes. The cupcakes were a hit. Chocolate Chip cookie dough was my favorite. Great Store and Service

Placed a order a week ago and still hasn't been delivered to my granddaughter for her graduation from school.Called and received the worse customer service ever.Anna and Kimberly told me not their problem call back Monday because not person who deals with it is off till them.

This is a review on their new location in Bluffdale Utah not on their treats. Sweet tooth fairy treats are delicious I 've never been disappointed with anything I 've ordered however they recently left their Draper location and moved to Bluffdale. I can 't for the life of me figure out why they left Draper. The bluffdale location is difficult to find, difficult to get to, offers no parking and feels like a warehouse. It feels very unwelcoming and you won 't find a display of any of their sweets at this location so unfortunate.

Was in the area and wanted to try this place for a quick dessert. I ordered the brownie ala mode. The brownie was so hard I could barely cut it with the edge of my plastic spoon. It was crunchy, and basic tasting. Maybe it was supposed to be like that but it made me feel that it might have been in the case too long. My mother ordered a cake bite. It was hard too. Not sure what is happening here, but with so many other bakery choices in the area, I would skip on this one for now.

So disappointed in the recent purchases. I ordered two orders for Mother's Day when Rachel Parcell endorsed your company. It said it would arrive on Saturday before Mother's Day, both just arrived today. I was okay with it with everything going on with shipping and covid then it arrived and the box was damaged. Along with most of the cookies and pretzels broken and frosting falling off. I was excited for both sets of moms to try your product since I have heard rave reviews. Unfortunately will not be ordering again.
