First time dining at this particular Upper Crust. Not quite as good as the original. Side note of notice: sitting at our table watched one of the employees brush her hair in front of the counter for several minutes! I continued to watch her to make sure she was not handling any of our food. I was waiting on someone on staff to tell her to stop and how unsanitary it was!! Had three bad experiences in a row. Super long wait times. Tried to be respectful of their clearly overworked staff. Pizza was pretty good, top 5 in the area. After the second extremely(!!! long wait time, my wife was treated very poorly after she complained about the 1+ hour wait time (both dine in, and takeout . The clearly stressed out manager was quite rude to her. I get it, people suck. I also get that if we're waiting 40+ minutes for a pizza after we arrived to pick it up at our quoted time (i.e. told pizza would be ready at 7:00, was 7:45 There's an issue. I'd love to give local businesses 5 stars. Maybe we'll give them another chance if service improves.
