Bidra med feedbackI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was lacking, and the assistant store manager was rude and disrespectful. The cake I bought for my grandson's birthday was of poor quality, and we didn't even receive the item we paid for. Unfortunately, we can't get a refund for what we ended up with. It feels like a gamble shopping here, as they are often short-staffed, and the service desk is frequently closed. Overall, they have one of the worst bakeries and services in the area.
All the staff were wearing masks except for one person: Machella in the deli. I've never seen her wear a mask, which really concerns me as it feels like she might be spreading germs onto the food. I appreciate the efforts of the other employees, though!
The lighting both inside and outside the restaurant is quite eerie and dim. The place seemed clean and well-stocked, but the prices were noticeably higher compared to other locations. Unfortunately, the cashier didn't communicate, smile, or even thank me for my visit. Overall, there was a lack of customer service.
