Bidra med feedbackJust came in for some lunch while on my break. As an EMS worker I appreciate the establishments who allow us to use their facilities. Today, Cherelle and Renesha really went above and beyond for me. I was taking a while looking at the deals trying to figure out what I could eat until payday. They helped me navigate the app as I have a disability that makes information difficult to interpret when reading it. They talked me through it, helped me make my choice and also let me redeem points from their app so I could eat more than just a child’s happy meal. I am completely touched. They were so kind and helpful, they didn’t lose patience with me (and it was a busy day too). Thank you so much Renesha and Cherelle!! I wish there were more of you in the world.
I have to say this McDonald's and the one in winnsboro is literally the worst McDonald's where the employees don't care to work. The person who took my order did not acknowledge me, did not say hey, how you doing, nothing she just looked at me. McDonald's customer service ain't like what it use to be it makes me not want to return and give them another dime of my money, ever again. Please do better and train your employees.
Seemed more expensive than I am used to seeing at McDonalds. They also got our order wrong.
Try McDonald's again! So, we tried to eat inside, but not so private or clean!!!!
