Dunkin' - Boardman

Cups are never filled fully, for the most expensive dunkin in the area that is horrible. No cold foam most of the time either. Done wasting money here.

The workers there, no matter what time of day, are rude. They don’t greet you properly, they have an attitude, and they don’t care.I have been there multiple times before work and after work because of the convenience, but if you have other options, go somewhere else!!!!!!!Their coffee is always strong. It tastes fermented. Either they aren’t brewing it properly, or they aren’t stirring it between brewing and serving.Their food comes out warm, but it is always dry. Seems like either they aren’t cooking it right, or no matter the day, they are holding it in warming containers. (Employees are only to mass make and hold food on busy MORNINGS (Saturday and Sunday) and are supposed to have timers set and throw out the old and make new if the food isn’t used in time)Can’t forget that some days they just aren’t excepting mobile ordering?!? But advertise it!?!?All in all, go somewhere else if you want fresh food, a good drink, and good customer service, because you aren’t getting that here. a former dunkin employee

Everytime i go here the coffee is watered down and the doughnuts are terrible. Creamsticks with no cream must be their specialty.

As soon as I walked in I felt like I wasn’t welcomed in. I waited a few minutes until I was able to order inside. Young lady definitely had an attitude I greeted here with the usual hi, how are you. Not a single word out of her mouth but dead stare into my soul. Also crumbling my receipt in front of me as I walked away as I was going to want it. Horrible customer service last time I go here at night. I’ll be more welcomed in the morning or afternoon.

Me and my husband stopped at 8:40ish at night to get coffee’s they were not busy, my husband’s coffee was wrong and we waited at the drive through window and beeped our horn and knocked on the window. The guy completely ignored us, we left.Not the way to work in the public!
