Bidra med feedbackToday was the worst experience ever! I waited a few minutes for my order and just before the employee came to my car, he dropped the entire bag on the road. He apologized and returned with my food 9 minutes later (most of my lunch break). I asked him if I would be refunded, and he said yes. I waited even longer until the manager came to my car and told me that she didn't see a reason to refund me. When I got back to work, I realized that I had been given the food that had fallen on the floor. I immediately called the company office to complain. Only at the West Boca location have I had problems with Chick-fil-A. All other Chick-fil-A stores seem to be well-trained to provide all customers with a positive experience.
The restaurant has a rating of 3 stars, with 2 stars for the service at the counter and 1 star for the drive-through. All three experiences had mistakes. They were unable to accept digital gift cards, requiring us to go inside to resolve the issue.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The management at this restaurant is not up to the standard I expect from a Chick-fil-A. The blonde manager with glasses, "Sierra," always creates a negative atmosphere and makes customers feel like they are wrong and unwelcome. During a recent visit, my mother found a sticker on the tomato in her sandwich. When we informed the manager and showed her, she casually mentioned that sometimes they forget to remove stickers when cutting tomatoes. After requesting to speak with the manager again, we were given a compensation card. Today, when I tried to redeem the card, a girl in training had trouble with the system and asked for help. Sierra dismissed her and eventually came over with a dismissive attitude, suggesting the card had already been used, even though it had not. This experience, coupled with the poor customer service, has made me decide to never return to this restaurant. I am disappointed and appalled by the lack of respect shown by the management and am surprised that Chick-fil-A would employ someone like Sierra as a manager.
