Please change your oil more often. Lived here five years and have eaten at this location probably 8 times but today finally killed it. All but two times I have eaten here the meal has been inedible due to the taste of the chicken. Fries are always soggy or mealy whatever the chicken is what I go to CFA for. It always has an off tang to it like when we didn 't change the fryer oil at end of shift. Not sure how it gets so gamey by lunchtime otherwise. Other locations and a family member OO location do not have this off flavor nor do I get sick at those locations. Just this one. It really stinks as this location is super close to home but we generally drive across town to get imo normal tasting CFA. If you could look into this, I would appreciate it and return to your location but as it stands I have tried several times now unsuccessfully to get this issue fixed. Thanks
Drove in circles confused on business location.Finally after 10 mins of avoiding other cars in this prooly made parking area.We have made curbside spots taken by 6 hour shoppers.I mean what's the point.
Did the curbside service order for my family of 5. Waited 16 minutes after arriving to my spot (luckily there was one since nobody enforces curbside spaces). Of course when I call the location to check on it, the server says that the order is on the way . 3 minutes later it arrived. When we got home we noticed one of the orders was missing. I made everyone else in my family eat while I called the store again. I told them what happened, and I asked to have the missing item delivered to me. I really should not have needed to ask this. They had offered a free menu item at first. That did not help my situation since we just got back from Orlando and there was nothing really decent to eat. After waiting 45 minutes I called the store again. Was put on hold after explaining to Frank what happened. When he came back on, same response as earlier: It 's on the way! 5 minutes. Translation: ****. We forgot. We 'll make it now and bring it over. 15min later the item arrived with fries added; they were cold and rubbery and the chicken strips were room temp. At this point I lost my appetite, and disposed of the food. I settled for a predictable bowl of Cheerios. Curbside should be removed as a service since it 's obviously flawed. This was the third time an order came 20 min after we arrived to our spot. Used to be 5 minutes. I was surprised by this since Chick fil a is pretty on top of customer service. Having said that, we 'll be avoiding this store. Avoid using curbside if you value your time here.
