Prezzo Boca Raton

I really want to be as attentive and thorough with this review as possible. We've been looking forward to trying Prezzo for some time. We admired this plaza on many weekends that the Spanish guitarist plays outside. We hired a babysitter and made it a point to come specifically to dine in Prezzo. On arrival at the time for our reservation 7:15 a.m. to 11/26 (Saturday) we went to a very loud and indeed quite terrible (high school) sounding band playing very loud and out of tune music outside. The Spanish guitarist must have been free for the weekend. Apparently during the night the guests asked the band to turn the music.. I knew that because the band always said. Sorry guys we play as low as we can go?. the drummer was pouncing on drums. not the best choice at dinner. My wife and I have made the wise choice to feed inside. What we didn't hope, but we were there.. We actually noticed many empty tables outside.. We sat in a very unromantic table right behind the Hostess stand that stood against the server cleaning station where they held table bags, spray etc. David P. Who was our server was friendly, took our drink order, I ordered a diet coke, everything I drink... He quickly brought the drink. I took a sip. When David came back, I said I had to give this drink back because I ordered a diet coke and you gave me Pepsi. His answer was ?oh I can usually get away from it?. Why draw this with the customer? Be ahead, communicate that you serve Pepsi products. Don?t play a game and disregard the customer order. so after I sent it back, I ordered a ginger-ale, the mostly glittering water with little to no syrup, but I was beyond the care of the drink at this place. On the back of my head I felt that David might have messed with me at this point. We ordered a few bites for the table. Caprese Stack my wife enjoyed. The pear and Nuss Nuss Pasta app was drown in the sauce and maybe 1.5 slices of pear in it. We don't care. My strawberry salad would have been better if they wouldn't drown the salad in so much dressing. It was hard to eat. We ordered a Margarita pizza for 18 dollars and I must say that this was undoubtedly one of the worst and most dry pizzas I had in a long time. I have to say that I almost felt torn off. David fired the food immediately and I did not kidnap you, within 7 minutes of the order, everything was at our table. Almost felt like the whole food came so fast. We were from the restaurant in 25 minutes. It wasn't a night out. You literally robbed me a romantic night I rarely get with my wife. I feel so light with our experience. I didn't expect that. Very disappointed. I didn't want to send anything back because I didn't want to ruin a night. I just wanted to finish in peace and out. We came home within 45 minutes

Location and parking was easy and good. The atmosphere was excellent, except the lights on one side of the outdoor area were too bright. Live guitarist/singer was a very good note that he created a nice mood. The waitress Alaina was sweet and good. The prices were typical of Boca. Chicken Marsala $28?.drinks were $13-14? The house made bread and garlic cloves were delicious. All the food was good, but the personal pizza was not in place. Not seasoned enough and not crispy at all?. There was a drink, but that was corrected?. Overall, I would recommend Prezzo. I hope next time I can give it 5 stars.

I really enjoy getting to know the restaurant Prezzo, I had a great service from staff Meghan D. The food is delicious and very tasty. I hope to come back soon.

We came here to eat music and have drinks. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks. We sit on the side so that it was obviously warm so that the ice was a little melted. A friend was late and took another 25 min for her drink then after 25 min finally order. We thought he was the only man on the front terrace, but he informed that we had many servers. So we wondered what took so long? then another 30 min for food. And after an hour had to go inside and look for our waiter to get the check. He was with others on the back for a birthday party! He paid our bill and stole it. Prezzo should train their employees to be satisfied with customers, we are just looking for a good service. Not for the first time I heard the service was bad. The food was good, thank you.

Incredible experience. Food was excellent but owner Eddie is what truly stands out! He is passionate about hospitality, appreciates his local guests and it shows. Happy to support him and will spread the word to friends in town. Smoked Burrata is a super fun dish as presentation is interactive. Lamb chops were cooked to perfection. Almond cookies are dangerously good ? be sure to save room for dessert!
