Rotelli - Boca Raton

I've been ordering in and eating out here for 2 years. At first it was amazing, then some dishes were lacking flavors. I've had the delivery driver forget my drinks 2x. And today I was just very upset. I ordered a personal pie with mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni and extra cheese as well as their garlic rolls. I was very upset that my crust was not crispy at all. I literally had to put my pizza in the airfryer so I can get that nice crisp pizza crust you're suppose to get. They're definetly skimming on the ingredients because anytime I'd order anything on top it was loaded and now it had some here and there but nothing crazy. The garlic rolls were so dry and just went to the trash. What was suppose to be a nice dinner turned out to more work. I might as well have cooked myself at this point. Looks like I'll be looking for a new go to spot : Update 2/17/21 everyone deserves a second chance right? With that being said I have been dining in and ordering out from here since I moved to FL from NY; closest I personally found to NY style pizza. Although my recent delivery wasn't the best I have decided to give them another chance. My kids love the penne alla vodka from here amd that's exactly what we have ordered. It was delivered fairly quick and was still nice and hot. The rolls were nice, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Not sure what happened last time but we all have bad days right? So my point is if you're ordering from your usual go to place and they let you down, don't give up on them. I hope my next pizza order will be just as perfect as it normally is.

Tried this location and this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience. Good food and good prices with no outrageous delivery fees. Orders arrive promptly. Thank you, Rotelli!

I like that there's alot of food on the plate. Your Salads look absolutely Beautiful on the bread bowl. Your Sauce Is delish! I'm Italian and I don't eat Italian out alot because there sauce is horrible. Your Waiter who has been there forever is Great!Hope this review serves you well because it's the truth.

I was a big fan of this location up until recently. I ordered food online from here less than a week ago, which arrived almost 40 mins late. They then took it upon themselves to charge my card more money, days later for a 5 dollar tip I did not authorize.I will now not get food from them again since they wanted to rob me. Why would they think they even deserved a tip after makingme wait almost 2 hours for my food. Bad business!!!

Best Italian pizza ever!! You should try the pizza and calzone from the new pizza guy Carlos!! He's great!He took my order, made it and it was just delicious!
