Bidra med feedbackWe ordered shawarma and arrived 10 minutes late. It was drizzling outside, and when I approached to pick up the order, the staff member saw me but chose to ignore me. I waited for another 5 minutes and finally decided to knock. In response, I was met with a rude voice saying, "Can't you see I’m busy?" When I asked if I could pick up my order, they rudely replied no. I didn't want to deal with the situation further, so I left, knowing the food would be cold and, out of principle, I didn't want to pick it up given their attitude. I ended up ordering food from another place. I'm writing this review on October 31, 2024, at 1:30 AM.
The staff were rude and told us to wait until they were free! Absolutely not!!! Irreplaceable?! Elena is the best! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Based on the reviews, we decided to visit this restaurant, but we left with a bad impression due to an employee being rude to us. The dining room was closed, and there were no tables outside, so we ended up eating in our car. The shawarma was tasty, but a bit pricey. During the cooking process, the ONLY employee was preparing food without gloves and talking on the phone.
We ordered a shawarma and asked for it to be cut in half. We were refused. We called the customer service hotline, and they informed us that there is no policy against cutting shawarma and that the chef should do it. When we went to pick up the shawarma, it still wasn't cut. What’s the problem??? It’s all very unclear! It's a classic case of the "cleaning lady syndrome"! The staff seems entirely indifferent to both management and customers!
We visited on December 17th. Natalia served us delicious food quickly. Huge thanks! We'll definitely come back again!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
