Bojangles - BOILING SPRINGS

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. We ordered a 12-piece family meal, but were told we could only get an 8-piece after placing our order and paying. On top of that, we later found out that they do not have BBQ sauce available for children. This information should have been communicated to us before we paid. Now we are having dinner, but the children are unable to enjoy their meal.

The cookies at this restaurant are fantastic! I have not encountered a flavor that I did not enjoy yet. The drive-thru service is also quick and efficient.

I frequently work across the street from this restaurant and have visited it often. Today, I had the best experience thanks to Brandon and the crew working there. Brandon provided me with exceptional customer service. He made me forget about my bad day and put a smile on my face with a delicious Bojangles sandwich and fries. Thank you, Bojangles!

I would give zero stars if I could. first they took forever to take my order and when they did, they were rude. when I got my food, that was a rough one, and then the workers laughed at the hunch that was raw. the manager just seemed angry that she had to give a refund.

Not a good experience. Ordered breakfast thru the app for pickup, got there at 6:45 but doors locked. Had to bang on the door to get in. Then they claimed they just got the order. So had to wait some more. Finally got the food but they were missing items from my order. I know I should have checked while still at the store but didn't want to deal with traffic going back. Very disappointed in the whole experience.
