Bacon - Boise

I absolutely loved the atmosphere! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place! We ordered the "flight of bacon," and the server explained the flavors without any hesitation. I also tried the hash, which was very filling and tasted amazing. We ordered the "steak and eggs" as well; the speck marmalade was definitely something new for us, but it was delicious!

When in boise, they have to check this place to the breakfast. we came to celebrate our daughter's birthday. what a tasty bite! if you love speck this is the place to go! bacon, more speck and more speck! : . the speck zimt was over delicious! the service was super! this place absolutely recommend!

Super friendly service in a beautiful location with many seats available in free (pups welcome also.) her eating is top notch and so is her speck. I am out of oregon and at any time I am in the opposite, I am sure to come to bacon. very recommend their speckflug so that they can sample all their different specks! also it is such a fun way to serve bacon; in small bullet glasses! prost! will definitely come back!

What more can I say? I absolutely love speck! I ordered the steak and eggs, and it was incredible. The steak was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The bacon jam on the steak was a fantastic touch—clearly, these folks take pride in their work! I also tried a Bloody Mary, and it was naturally delicious. If you're in the mood for an early bite or brunch, you definitely shouldn't miss this place. I will definitely be back for more food and drinks. This place deserves a 4.8/5!

Finally tried Bacon after all these years. Great menu options. Lots of comfort food and home cooking style dishes with a little flair. Get here early as the line was pretty long when we arrived for Sunday brunch. Once seated, the food comes pretty quickly. I had the grits bowl with shrimp added and it was great. Husband had the Hash and that was tasty as well. We got the bacon shots as they were out of the bacon cinnamon rolls I planned on trying. Will definitely shoot for those next time and try to get there earlier. The mimosas were yummy. Staff was friendly and helpful and kept everything moving like a well oiled machine despite being busy, so if the line seems long, don't let that scare you. Everything happens pretty fast once you get up to the counter to order. Can't wait to go here again!
