Edge Brewing Company - Boise

Had the fish and chips for lunch, not busy when I got there. It did get busy after I ordered, which taxed the 3 servers on duty just a bit. Fish was very good, nice and hot, very crispy. The French fries were just warm. They didn?t get cold sitting on a counter, since the cod was very hot. They must have been sitting in a tray for a while. This is why I gave a place I love to go to only 3 stars. The Meowthra IPA was very good. Didn?t get the server?s name, but she did okay, except for getting ketchup when I asked for it. She was busy running back and forth between customers. I don?t know why they don?t bring it with the entree. 90% of people who get fries usually use ketchup.

I've visited several breweries in the Boise area, and I would say this one is among the best! I really enjoyed the banana flavors from their wheat beer, and I must mention that they serve some of the best brewery burgers and fries around. Great job – keep it up!

During our visit to Idaho, we experienced a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the casual setting was enhanced by some impressive local artwork adorning the walls. Although we did have to wait a bit for our order, it was clear that the cook was doing his best to keep up with the busy crowd. While we were waiting, our waitress frequently checked in on us, making sure our drinks were refilled and that we had everything we needed. When our food finally arrived, it was definitely worth the wait. The dishes were delicious, with a great variety of drink options and unique flavors. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely love to revisit this place. We were very pleased with our choice!

Great food and great drinks. The staff knew exactly what to recommend according to my preferences. You have really cool deals every day of the week, including groundless mimoses that they serve on Sundays 11-3, I think. You'll see me here all the time!

Had the 5 cheese Mac with Brisket...amazing. Service was great. Beer selection is beautiful and varied. A great experience.
