Panda Express - Boise

The night team on 7/30/22 had great energy, it seemed like they were a good team. Great service! Most places in these days are low energy and drab and you can say in food, not here.

Food is always high quality but there have been a couple of mixups with my orders recently. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a plate and a bowl and cancelled the order for the bowl. I received the bowl but was charged for the plate. Speaking with the manager she was to refund the order but the wrong item was refunded. Today's order which they were unable to fix, I ordered a large diet coke with my delivery but I didn't receive. Was told that Doordash was responsible and I needed to get a refund from them. Staff member was not very helpful. When I contacted doordash was told Panda Express would issue refund.Not worth my $2 but also 2nd time I've had an issue with drink. Could be doordash but ......I was recently in an accident and have been dependent on deliveries. Just disappointed.

It's so so!! Food in a pinch was ok. Nothing special or well prepared. Typical fast food Chinese but worse. Very greasy and bitter. If I didn't have a beer with it it would have been worse.

Placed an online order for takeout, place was very packed when I arrived at around 7:30pm. Pickup has it's own little part of the service counter, and pickup service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and ready at the chosen pickup time. Overall very good, I'll be returning.

Great location (apart from parking , but quality and service has become more inconsistent lately (no doubt in part due to the pandemic . Really negative experience on my latest visit: homeless guy in the dining area with filthy bags shouting to someone on his phone, while another (homeless? couple was shouting expletives next to a family with a small child (they were clearly uncomfortable . Manager on duty seemed very confused about my coupon from customer service and ended up charging me wrong. Lots of opportunities for improvement. I hate to see this turn into a big city divey fast food joint in beautiful Boise.
