Bidra med feedbackThe food was good, but the staff was very rude. I asked a young boy if they accepted a voucher I had on my phone, and he replied, "I don't know when we take them, hold on!" He then asked someone at the register, who seemed nice, if they accepted my voucher. The young man didn't know and appeared confused. When I inquired about a promo code, the girl he consulted with looked annoyed and walked away without answering. I mentioned that the voucher wasn't for online orders, but she dismissed me, saying, "We don't print anything for customers!" I tried to explain that I wasn't asking her to print anything, but she just turned her back on me. I do appreciate the young man who tried to help, but the others really need to work on their communication skills!
Very dirty counter. the 2 teenagers seemed like they were all high out of their minds. they forgot what we said or said to be calm; they seemed extremely confused. they began to add the sandwich of the person behind us to our order until we have clarified ourselves shamefully.
Just tried to stop at this location. Employees in the store. Doors locked. Hours of operation on the door state they are open until 8pm. Interesting. Will no longer be visiting Subway.
I ordered a Subway Club and two bags of chips through Grubhub for 7:25 PM. The app indicated that they close at 8 PM and it accepted my order. A few minutes later, I received a notification that my order was canceled due to "third party not received." Do they close whenever they want?
I had the worst sandwich I've ever experienced. A 6-inch sub felt more like a 3-inch. This was just one of many issues I encountered with the sandwich—probably around number eight on a long list of problems. I live a mile away and pass by the place several times a day, but I’d rather skip a meal than eat there again.
