The Wylder - Boise

To start, we ordered the nightly salad, and we absolutely loved it! It was a great salad for sharing—plenty for both of us. Then we tried the Honigtaube pizza, which was delicious. The sweet touch of honey at the end was delightful, although we both agreed it’s probably something we wouldn’t order every time. It was certainly interesting, but definitely worth a try. My personal favorite was the crispy paprika—it was just drool-worthy! The tomato marinara sauce is made from organic tomatoes, and it was perfectly cooked. So good! My partner thought the paprika was a bit too strong, but I disagreed with him. If there’s one takeaway from this review, please don’t wait like I did—make sure to try this place!

This restaurant has a unique industrial modern vibe that sets it apart. The service was excellent, although there was an awkward moment when the busboy accidentally tossed some food into the air, and the sound of silverware clattering on the cement floor was unexpected. I enjoyed the sweet yam, which had a delightful aroma, and the tomato soup was truly brilliant. Our food arrived in about 20 minutes, and we had a nice view of the bustling lunch crowd. Overall, it was a lovely experience to have lunch here for the first time.

I loved the salad with buttermilk market vegetables. Our favorite pizza was the "Farm Girl." We also enjoyed the "Honey Badger" and the Margherita. I recommend trying the half-and-half option for the pizzas so you can sample a few different flavors! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy, private, and trendy. I can't wait to come back! Definitely a 5-star experience!

The service was 12/10! the entire team that was fed at various places by our table was fast, efficient and friendly. the buttermilk salad was delicious, fresh, the perfect salad crumb and much cheese. they have warm towels delivered to our table, just like we finished our first hot wing. the place was packed, but the service was still on point. fun atmosphere and all workers seemed really happy, it was a refreshing experience.

This place rocks. It?s now my go-to when I?m on my way back to the PNW. All their food is great, but the pizza is unbelievable. Staff is always super friendly and attentive, no matter where you?re sitting or how busy it gets. Not always easy to find service as great as the food, but this place knocks it outta the park.
