Andy's Frozen Custard - Bolingbrook

MAKE AN ANDYS IN CHICAGO!!! I always have to go to La Grange for 40 minutes to have some Andy's BUT O MY, nothing is to compare! I can eat a whole cup of Andys and NOT GET A BRAIN FREEZE! I always get Oreo and strawberry concrete!!!! FOODSTUFFS

I ordered a KIDS SIZE CHOCOLATE SUNDAE with oreos and I received a REGULAR SIZED VANILLA sundae with oreos, pecans, and caramel sauce.. Lol?? I don't understand where you heard the extra words from? This isn't even the first time. This is a common thing with andys workers considering one of the job requirements is having the IQ of a field mouse, they are very good at getting your orders wrong, in fact it's the only thing they are good at. It goes through one ear and out the other. They didn't even at least get the base right it was chocolate not vanilla and second I don't understand where you heard the pecans and caramel sauce from?? I think the devil whispers in their ears during drive throughs. Seriously ridiculous.

My kids first taught frozen custard might not taste like the regular ice cream to their surprise it tasted the same and they really loved it. We had gift card it expired 2 days back and they still honored us. We really appreciate that. We can sit inside and eat, there were lots of orders going drive through. We do recommend this place to all.

Was disappointed when I was denied a sample of a special seasonal flavor. Didn’t want to make the investment without being sure about the flavor. At such a high price point this seems like a very reasonable request.

First time trying Andy’s this past Saturday and it was delicious! The staff member was very friendly and fast. We enjoyed every bite!
