Papa Johns Pizza - Bolingbrook

My recent visit to Papa John 's on Schmidt Road in Bolingbrook, IL, left much to be desired. The manager exhibited rudeness when my wife sought assistance in selecting the right pizza size for our family. Instead of offering helpful guidance, the manager brusquely stated, Pick your order; I’m busy, I don 't have time for this. Experiencing such customer service is disheartening and creates a negative impression. To add to the disappointment, we later discovered that this unhelpful associate is, in fact, the store manager. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this location. Their lack of regard for customers is evident, and they seem to undervalue customer satisfaction.

I gave wrong pickup time order and when I get there I realize I was an hour early.. but the person there name Matt he was so nice and patience with me and he made my order in 15 minutes even though he has more orders to make.. he is amazing guy please let him know how nice he is by raising his wages. If I visit again I wanted to see Matt as manager ? he made my day he is great assets of papa John please don't lose him.. if I come back that will be definitely cause of him

This is the worst Papa John’s I have ever gone to. I waited an hour for my order to be delivered and five minutes before it was to arrive it was cancelled. No call from the store to alert us so we could pick it up. The store is understaffed. I was told you will get free pizza in a few days. I waited for the order because I was told it was in the system and then waited 45 minutes before they figured out it wasn’t. I then had to reorder my pizza. No one reached out to even apologize.

Quick, delicious, and wallet-friendly. Fast food perfection.

Total failure of a restaurant. Understaffed. No communication. Order was canceled 5 minutes before I was supposed to get it. Ended up waiting 2 hours total to finally get it.
