Ordered a delivery at 6pm for a 7.30pm arrival thinking 1.5 hours notice was plenty of time. At 8pm I called and they said the order was on the way. By 10pm it had still not arrived. I phoned again and the person who answered the phone said he couldn’t find my order and put the phone down on me!!!! I basically waited over 2.5 hours for a delivery which never arrived. Absolute appalling customer service and I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered meal at 5:30pm. Rang restaurant at 7:00pm to be told theirs a two hour wait. Rang restaurant at 8:00pm to be told my order had been missed but would be prioritised. At 9:30pm no food has arrived and the phone has been taken off the hook so Uncontactable. Poor, very poor

Me my husband really enjoyed our 2nd year of going for Valentine’s Day meal. Brilliant service even whilst they was busy, food is amazing and drinks where served and replenished when they saw we needed another. Nice clean restaurant and I even got a lovely red rose and box of chocolates xx

This restaurant is a charming spot with delightful food that is definitely worth a visit.
