Mcdonald's Knowsley Street - Bolton

I went to MacDonalds on my lunch and ordered two Happy Meals and I selected to have 2 books instead of 2 toys and to my horror 2 minutes later i found out it was not only two toys but they where the exact same two toys and i was very very dissapointed!!!! AND THE CHIPS WHERE COLD.

Absolutely disgusting and filthy. Litter and uneaten food all over the tables. A complaint to a manager was received with a distinct lack of interest.

I went in yesterday with my child ordered a meal and he ate it in record time as it was sweltering inside not a pleasant experience. They have air conditioning but the new management will not turn it on to save money !!!. This is a bad policy as it will turn customers away so in turn they will lose money. We also went in other shops yesterday CEX was very cool and sports Direct also infarct McDonald's was the only unpleasant place we visited

Having visited this store today think this will be the last. After waiting 20 minutes Food was cold took it back got replacement cold again. 3rd time lucky was told they would make a fresh meat patty which they did but should not all customers being getting fresh. Think mc donalds food quality is poor since changing to storing meat rather straight of the grill.

Went in there for a Big Mac Meal, chips were cold and partially cooked but were apparently fresh. One assistant flatly refused to replaced them, then the other one did with hotter! chips, staring eyes and a bad attitude, it was more hassle than it was worth. They seem to forget without Customers they're unemployed. I wouldn't go there again.
