The restaurant features open seating, which makes it a bit challenging to accommodate larger groups. Our server was outstanding—very attentive and quick to assist when any issues arose. They do offer some gluten-free options. I ordered the beef burger on a gluten-free bun, and I informed the server that it shouldn't come with fries, as they're cooked in the same fryer as the chicken strips, which contain gluten. However, when my meal arrived, we discovered that the chefs had mistakenly placed fries on my plate. We informed them that my dish needed to be remade, which took a while. Additionally, my aunt's mushroom pizza took over 40 minutes longer to arrive than the rest of our orders, including mine. The waitress kindly removed both my meal and my aunt's from the bill.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The shrimp quesadilla was delicious, and the chicken wings were good too, though the mild ones had a bit of a kick. I ended up too full to finish my salad, so I took it home for a late-night snack. Our waitress Luann was wonderful, and everything was beautifully presented and tasty. I must say, Hyatt Hotels really knows how to do things right!

The Beyond Burger here was really well prepared and fairly priced at $16. Next time, I would ask for it to be cooked medium rare. I didn't just think it was good; it was incredible how much it tasted like real meat. My server, Jessica, was very friendly and even offered a 15% discount on my bill since I was a guest at the Hyatt Residence.

There is a small menu with pizza, wings and other things. The cocktails are particularly delicious. It's a great place to hang and watch a game on TV. Bring your wallet as beer to special is $6 and most other drinks are $15 .

They brought me lasagna (which was delicious), but I'd ordered eggplant parm(also delicious). They comped my meal even though I insisted that I wanted to pay for it, manager delivered the correct dish himself and just 100% went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and satisfied. Truly a classy establishment and they make the cheese, pasta and pastries in house. Unbelievable service and attitude.
