Blue Ocean Dining Room At Bonne Bay Inn

These were the best mussels I’ve ever had in my life. And I’ve eaten a lot of mussels in a lot of different countries. These tasted fresh from the ocean, and didn’t even need much broth or veggies. They were so simple yet so delicious, especially when dipped in the warm garlic butter. The value is also amazing, getting a ton of mussels for only $16. We also ordered the fish burger and chowder which were fabulous. The view from outside the restaurant it also beautiful!

We were accommodated on the outdoor patio with our Covid concerns on a beautiful sunny day. The menu is extensive to meet any of your seafood cravings. Our meals were gourmet delicious! We would love to come back…2-3 times at least. The beautiful drive past the Tablelands to Trout River is a bonus!

Lovely views with a great meal. Best coconut shrimp I've ever had. Highly recommend for a delicious meal on the west coast of NL.

Great service, great food, great history, and great views. What on earth else can you ask for in today's world....from the scallops to the fresh lobster and attentive service from the moment we stepped in the door. We will be back!

Unpretentious place right on the ocean. I ordered the cod dinner. The cod was the best I have ever had. My partner got the halibut cheeks and they had the most wonderful crust. The sides were OK but who goes all the way to Newfoundland for broccoli?
