Crown & Derby - Bonnyville

We were hungry and we didn't have reservations for any other restaurants today so we walked along the streets near our hotel at Hotel le Pradey .

What a find We walked out of the Louvre looking for lunch We looked on Yelp and voila This was the perfect place.

This is a popular locals hang out and is known for wing we'd,awesome wings and cocktails as well as a full menu.There is a pool room also with a half dozen nice tables,the service is good and prices are reasonable.We have been going there for years and is always buzzing with activity.

I have lived in bonnyville most of my life and have been a regular custer to this dining facility. The last few times ive gone have been terrible customer service. The first time i have had issues with them i came in and was the olny person in the pub and after 5 minutes i had to go find a server and ask for a menu. The next time once again it was quiet and there was olny one other table and i went to order wing with half one flavor and half another wich i have done many times in the past and was told i was not aloud to because it was anticipated to be a busy night and had to say i would eat else where befor they would let me order what i wanted. The last time i went on wing night and when i asked for a to go container for what i couldnt finish i was told i was not aloud to and was forced to have 1/2 my wings(wich was to be my lunch for the next day) thrown out out. I get that wing night is a busy night and you dont want people to order a bunch to go when they're not going to eat in, but i did eat in i was there for well over an hour had my drink refilled and was enjoying my evening and to be told I was not aloud to take my leftovers with me ruined my night. Due to the MULTIPLE times in a row of what can be considered to be unacceptable service by many and recently constant decline in customer service for you have lost a loyal customer who will not be returning.
