Dunkin - BORDENTOWN

We had an excellent experience at this point! We were three hours in a long trip and when we came out to pick up coffee and sandwiches, my three-year-old fell and injured on the walkway and started crying. An employee of Dunkin Donuts was outside, probably his break. He saw my little boy fall, asked him if he liked a donut, and ran in to get him! It was such a gesture and made my little guy feel much better right away. AWESOME customer service and such kindness!! Also I must say that although there was a TON of customers there, the people there work super fast and got my very large order 100% right! Great location! Honestly, the best Dunkin location I ever had in terms of customer service, speed and order accuracy. Great job guys!

The parking here is convenient, with minimal wait times that move quickly, and the food is consistently hot. However, they don’t offer green iced tea—only regular iced tea, both sweetened and unsweetened. If you're specifically looking for cold iced green tea, this isn't the place for you.

I really enjoy this place. The staff are all friendly and polite. This morning, we were a bit rushed, so I ordered a warm chewy chocolate chip cookie along with my icy black coffee to take on the go. Everything was great, but unfortunately, my cookie turned out to be hard and cold. I didn’t have a chance to go inside and let them know, which is disappointing. Otherwise, this place is fantastic!

Quick and friendly service with fresh donuts and sandwiches. I'm here Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 9 PM. Customer service is at 100%! I truly appreciate all my regular customers and welcome new ones every day!
