Bidra med feedbackI do like Cafe Nero, but have to say, that a lot of people go in there with their computers, probably mostly students, and take up seats for hours! I don't think it's right for anyone else looking to sit down. I have walked out myself, and I've seen others walk out because of this problem. Students have places other than Cafe Nero to do homework in!! The other day, when I went into Cafe Nero, there was a man sitting there on a computer with no cup, no food, just using up space and charging his phone at the same time. I don't think this is fair to any of Cafe Nero other customers. This happens at both Cafe Nero that I go to. Boston's Washington Street one is just as bad. Customer service there is good, but they have the same problem with students. The Cafe Nero in Downtown Crossing is another story. There, I find the most ignorant workers. It's almost like someone just left them in charge, and whoever the manager is does not give a care about this place! And it shows! The workers are always on their phones, almost like they don't want to be waiting on anyone. They can have a line a mile long and still be looking at their phones hardly interested in waiting on anybody. That place needs a total overhaul of help, seriously! There's this one guy who has long hair hanging in front of his face. What happened to standards for restaurant servers? He's also always on his phone. That place is disgusting to me. I only go there because there's nothing else around, but if something else opened up as competition, trust me, I'd be there. Manager, whoever you are, please take a better look at this place and realize what's going on. Sometimes, the trash is filled to the top, and the bathrooms are filthy, which says a lot about a restaurant. And I am speaking of the downtown crossing Cafe Nero. The manager/owner needs to step up and maybe show up to see for them selves.
Friendly Leo is the man making coffee and laughs.Their chicken salad croissant is great. Tiramisu was delicious.
Yummy latte, but stale cookies… You would think they would have better ones out in the morning but it was like a brittle biscuit. I hope that this is not their standard for their mornings. Also got banana bread and that was yummy too.
I love the cafe and the books as a part of the decoration
Rude service. Waitresses shouting at costumers. Managers, get up, your staff is ruining your place. Food sucks as well: olive pits inside the sandwich! What's wrong with you... Terrible place.
