Dunkin' - Boston

This restaurant is conveniently situated in Roslindale and often experiences a high volume of customers, so it's wise to plan your visit accordingly. Most of their drinks are expertly crafted, though there can be the occasional inconsistency. The space has been recently remodeled and is consistently kept clean.

The store manager graciously allowed us to stay well past our coffee time. Unfortunately, they were out of doughnuts since we arrived at an unusual hour—around midnight.

This location is exceptionally well-managed. The service is very efficient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A big shout-out to everyone who works here!

This morning around 7 AM, I visited my local Dunkin' Donuts in Roslindale, MA. As I approached the drive-thru to place my order, I encountered a staff member who was quite unprofessional and unfriendly. She was the one taking my order. When I reached the window and asked if she was the person who took my order, she replied no. I inquired about the name of the staff member who attended to me, and she seemed unaware. I then requested to speak with the manager, only to be told that they had not arrived yet. To top it all off, when I received my breakfast sandwich, it was cold. I will be filing a formal complaint. I strongly recommend staying away from this location. A very dissatisfied customer.

This area lacks anything open all hours of the day with the exception of this place and possibly the Tedeschi down the street, so just for that it deserves a great rating. And for the fact it has a parking lot, it also should get a high rating, as in Roslindale, not all that much parking is available anywhere. What would make this Dunkin incredible would be if they added a drive thru. What better Dunkin to be open 24 hours if they have a drive thru? So for that unfortunate matter it just cannot be five stars. Regardless, the service is fast, the interior of the restaurant is clean and they seem to have a better stock of everything in the morning since the are constantly open. While not huge, there is still a good amount of seating inside and while it is rather busy, the staff do a great job getting people in and out. They have restrooms as well, which was clean (the employees at Staples tell everyone to come over here since they don't have one). Overall, it's clean and rather useful to have in the Downtown area of Roslindale. Definitely better than that mini Dunkin Donuts location by CVS and better than most of the other average or slow DD locations in the area. I will be returning if I was in the area again. 4 stars for this DD.
