This Dunkin' Donuts location in Boston is a popular spot for many patrons, especially those coming to work at Brigham and Women's Hospital and other nearby businesses in the Brigham Circle area. It serves as a morning go-to for everyone, providing a friendly start to the day. Apologies for not remembering everyone's name accurately, please forgive me for any mistakes.

I would give Dunkins at this mini-fast food mall 3 stars for being able to speak both English and Spanish, which is helpful in a city like Boston where not everyone speaks English. It was a bit disappointing that they forgot my butter on a Saturday morning when there were only two customers, but overall the customer service was decent. The staff didn't know the Lipton brand of tea, but I can forgive that since she admitted she's not a tea person. It seems they use a lower grade black tea from Dunkins, but it's still worth a visit. Good luck to the people working at this Dunkins!

I always use the app to place my order at this restaurant, and despite the high traffic, the staff works quickly to fulfill orders. Some days may be slower due to high volume, but that's to be expected at a busy restaurant. It's one of my favorite spots in the city.

The taste of the drinks can definitely vary depending on who is there and the type of service and quality as well. While I understand that all places have different people working and serving clients, this location's quality and service varies way too much.

I will never go back to any restaurant or coffee shop that does not allow customers to use the restroom.
