Bidra med feedbackVery attentive staff and good food. The attractive room was peaceful, quiet; speak easily.
Nice restaurant for interesting fresh dishes of Provence. Waitstaff was very friendly and attentive.
Everything was delicious! Appetizers, salads and entrees! The only complaint was that it was cold in the dinner ng room, but it was colder outside!
We booked a table at Miel for New Year’s Eve. We were surprised by the number of open tables on a night that usually busy for most restaurants in Boston. The service was slow and impersonal. The food was well prepared but came out cold. Our drinks were lack luster. The desserts were unimpressive. Overall, Miel has availability because they are not up to the task. This place is poorly run. The service is too slow and not professional. The food comes out cold because the servers are disorganized. Too bad for the Intercontinental. The restaurant needs an upgrade or pretty soon it will be more empty.
6:30 seating on Valentines Day with Prix Fix menu. 20 minutes for cocktails to arrive. Entrees arrived 5 minutes after salad course sent them back to the kitchen. Scallops were very good, but Filet Mignon was chewy and a bit overcooked. The dessert for two was both a visual and gustatory delight and it saved the evening. Miel bills itself as a: rustic European style restaurant serves classic American favorites for breakfast and elegant, seasonally inspired dishes for dinner maybe that 's aspirational ... only 1 French red wine? Maybe they are still trying to come back from the pandemic? This experience was just another meal in another hotel restaurant... and I 've eaten in more than a few with far better experiences.
