Bidra med feedbackDelicious food at an excellent price! Breakfast sandwiches range from $4 to $6 and are truly scrumptious. The ambiance is beautiful, making it an ideal spot for those looking to get some work done in a café setting. My order was accidentally mixed up with another customer's, but the staff handled the situation with great courtesy. Despite the mix-up, the food was outstanding. I definitely plan to visit this place regularly in the future!
I was already a fan of their Watertown location, so I was thrilled when they opened their North Station store. The coffee was fantastic, and their freshly baked goods made for a great breakfast, while the hard rolls and salami were perfect for lunch. Unfortunately, the North Station location had to close as it wasn't able to sustain itself. I hadn’t had the chance to visit the Western Avenue location until today, and, as expected, Harvard always gets the best spots! The new place is spacious and bright, and it has the same amazing pastries, coffee, and service I remember. I wish them good luck navigating these challenging times. An added bonus of this location is the parking lot and a lovely terrace to enjoy come spring!
Swissbakers has quickly become one of my favorite coffee shops and bakeries! The quality of the food is outstanding. The owner recognizes many of the regular customers, which adds a personal touch, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and lively. I also really enjoy the aesthetic and decor of the place. I highly recommend visiting and trying the pretzels and almond croissants! I will definitely return here on my next trip to Boston!
An amazing place the most authentic pretzels in the Boston area, great croissants and berliners (doughnuts), and incredible cakes (try chocolate mousse cake and you won’t be disappointed)! Tom is the best baker and proud owner ever!
Great bakery, but really the locals come here for the $11 deal where you get a sandwich, side and a drink. Their pretzel bun is to die for. Also their weekend all you can eat brunch is fantastic! Their croissants are flaky and delicious. Their sandwiches made with pretzel buns and Swiss cheese are pillowy soft and amazing. On top of this, I can't wait to take one of their baking classes. They are the jewel of the Allston neighborhood in terms of baked goods, coffee, and sandwiches.
