Bidra med feedbackGreat ramen, perfect for a quick stop on a cold day. Service was quick and the ramen was delicious and decent portioned. Service was quick and friendly, it is a little small so if it is busy you may have to wait.Only downside was it was cash only, upside there was an ATM inside to use so it wasn’t really an inconvenience.
I never noticed this cute little ramen place in chinatown until I looked up to see nearby ramen places. Went on a weekday night so there wasn't a wait although it is a tiny corner restaurant. Service was great and quick as well. I got the Karashiro ramen which was great and not spicy in my opinion (I also got a taste of Black garlic ramen from my friend and it didn't disappoint). I also tried the Kani croquette which was decent. One thing to note: it's cash only.
Really cute spot!! walked in for lunch and got seated quickly, super cute decor and really adorable vibe. i got the karashiro and boy let me tell you, it did me justice. I was completely satisfied with the meal, the meat was cooked to perfection. timely service and polite staff. had a lovely time w my sister and friend while there.
If you just want ramen without caring about the details, then it is worth a try.I just think it's unfortunate that they position themself as Japanese ramen but it's just lack of too many details.First of all, noodles are noodles, soup is soup. They taste like separate entities not well blended . A good ramen should have noodles well mixed with soup. The additional $3 extra noodle were served 5 mins late. They didn't provide more soup so it ended up taste flavorless if not bland. For the photo you can see how ridiculous the soup:noodle ratio.Lastly service is cold if not rude. I really not care much if they serves good food, but unfortunately they failed both ...
Small place. Food was delicious. Services was okay. Loved the presentation. The bathroom could use more love and attention.
