Understaffed and not even that busy. Service very slow and was extremely hectic
We made a reservation for the outdoor bar patio. We were seated in the back alleyway with the AC condenser running. This is not what I reserved. I have been coming to happy hour here for years and was very disappointed. The food is good and so was the service
It took approx min to be greeted upon arrival. Although my server was very nice, I had to ask for water He would bring a cocktail, and forget. Etc. I did not eat my salad the lettuce wasn’t fresh. I then ordered chicken wings extra crispy. They were drenched and soggy. I didn’t eat them either. My marg was decent
Wait staff was poor because they were training a young man
