Fuji Restaurant And Bar - Boulder

This restaurant has a fantastic flavor profile. I've been here four times now and keep coming back. The dishes are full of flavor without being overwhelmed by sauces. The poke bowls are outstanding. It's a family-owned establishment with excellent service.

This was my first time in Colorado, and I didn’t make reservations for our first choice. However, we will definitely choose Fuji for dinner on future visits! The atmosphere is charming and not crowded at all. The staff is excellent, and the food is delicious!

I absolutely love this place! The Shijitake onigiri is incredibly tasty and enjoyable to eat. The service is quick and very friendly as well. I always choose this spot when I'm looking for a delicious, fast, satisfying, and affordable lunch, and I make sure to recommend it to all my friends!

Amazing experience! The food was delicious and in great time. The dumplings are made Fresh the onigiri was excellent and cheap, miso soup also great the unagi eel poke bowl even better. Will try to go back several times.

This is one of my favorite places to stop in Boulder for a quick inexpensive healthy bite. I love the tuna rice ball. I even had my friends interested in grabbing one to try.
