Bidra med feedbackTried the spicy creamy ramen and thought the broth was excellent. Not very spicy so I added extra chili oil. The noodles, mushrooms, and tofu were just okay. Overall, I'd be interested in returning and trying other options. Updated from previous review on 2023-09-10
We dined at this restaurant these days, terrible service, when we asked the waitress if the dish was glutenfree, she didn't seem to understand and had earphones on, I've never seen a waiter in any restaurant Talking to their guests with earphones, and she spoke in a very low voice, we had to struggle to hear what she was saying, and we couldn't understand what she said, finally, after we took a long time to order, She managed to screw up our meal, we ordered a vegetarian garnet Veg but she gave us a normal garnet with meat, ok, it's ok, when we tried to shout her, she was in The front desk was listening to music on their mobile phone, obviously didn't notice us, we had to go to another male waiter to solve our problem, obviously, during our meal, I noticed the waitress picked her nose with her hand, this Seems to have complained about this in the last review, but still they haven't made a change, and our water glasses were full, but the waitress seemed keen to add a drop of water to all guests' water glasses, so weird reminding: If you want to dine in this restaurant, then you need to deal with bad service, and a waitress who can't understand English, even plays phone with earphones during working hours and ignores customers,
Highway robbery $38 for two bowls of Ramen with two small pieces of chicken. Reminded me of a bad version of cup of noodles from the supermarket. Terrible product.
My husband and I took our work lunch break and headed to this restaurant. We walked in and immediately were greeted with a disgusted look by the waiter. He told us to pick a place to sit and slammed waters next to us and dropped the menus.He came not 2 minutes later and was ready to take our order. We ordered 2 ramens. I asked for mine to have the pork substituted for chicken. He added another ramen and asked if we are okay with 3 ramen for 2 people. Uh, no? I specified once again and told him 2 ramen except one will have the substitution. He quickly took our menus and walked away. A minute later he came out with the ramen.We were shocked it could be done so quickly. It was not until we took a sip of the broth that we realized it tasted exactly like package instant spicy ramen. We had no choice but to eat it.I was during our meal that I noticed the female waitress sneeze… twice. Once in the air and the second she sneezed into her cupped hands. I watched her to see if she washed her hands, she never did. She continued serving people as if nothing happened.The rude waiter quickly brought us the check and the waitress was waiting to take it. She saw me pull my card out, took it and came back and handed the receipt and card to my husband for him to sign.Avoid this place at all costs. Too expensive for dollar ramen.

I was shocked and disappointed by the level of service I received, right from the moment we entered the establishment. My party and I arrived just two minutes before the restaurant's official opening time, excited to try out the menu. However, instead of a warm welcome, we were met with a rude and offensive encounter with the waiter.As we stepped through the door, I overheard the waiter muttering a profanity under his breath. It was disheartening to be greeted with such an inappropriate response when we had done nothing but arrive a mere two minutes early. Regardless of the situation, there is absolutely no justification for a staff member using offensive language within earshot of customers.The waiter's unfriendly attitude persisted throughout the meal. He seemed disinterested in assisting us and barely offered any explanation about the menu items. It felt like he was doing us a favor by taking our orders. It's important to note that dining out is not just about the food; the overall experience plays a significant role, and the behavior of the staff can greatly influence that experience.I believe that the success of any restaurant hinges on the professionalism and courtesy of its staff. Unfortunately, in this case, the waiter's behavior overshadowed any positive aspects of the meal. It's disappointing to write a negative review, as I believe in giving businesses a fair chance, but the treatment we received was truly unacceptable.I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and considers reevaluating their staff training and customer service protocols. It's crucial for them to understand that customers are investing not just in the food, but in the entire dining experience. I sincerely hope that future patrons will not have to endure the same level of disrespect that my party and I encountered during our visit.
