Trattoria On Pearl - Boulder

My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner. For starters, it took 1 hour and 40 minutes from the time we sat down until the time we actually got our food. At some point during that time our waiter lost interest in us and, for whatever reason, began pouring undivided attention to the table next to us. Another waiter came by to talk to the table on the other side of us and, because the tables are so close together, he literally put his rear end on our table while speaking to them. I ordered the pork tenderloin and, while the sides were good, the pork itself was tasteless. To top it off, there was a bug in our salt shaker. I was never able to get our waiter's attention so another employee switched out our salt for us without even an apology. We won't be back.
