The Saucy Crab - Bourbonnais

Got this to go today, and they didn’t read the ticket correctly and I got home to steamed only shrimp. I called them and drove back for them to give me a cup of the sauce my meal should have been steamed in and 2 potato’s for an I’m sorry gesture. So I got home had to reheat the food with the cup of sauce and when I tell you it was the absolute worst meal ever, straight in the garbage it went and we ordered pizza.

We used to live in Kankakee, stopped at this place on our way home from Chicago and this place almost made me sorry we movedReally delicious seafood at an incredible price and really good service with friendly people. Not crowded at all when we stopped on a Sunday evening and all I can say is you local people are missing out! I'd be here weekly if we were still in the area. Support this local business so I can come back any time we are passing throughI'd give 10 stars if I could. Seriously we had pizza last night that cost more than this plentiful delicious fresh seafood. Go get some!

We had the catfish basket with Cajun fries and the chicken strip basket with onion rings. The portions were huge and the food was hot and crispy and tasty! A variety of sauces too. Our waiter was really nice. We’ll be back!

Good blend of ingredients in shrimp fried rice. Very large portions, easily made 2 meals. Service was good, quickly served for a good lunch choice.Dietary restrictions: Satisfied Hindu dining requirements.
