La Piccola Italia - Bournemouth

The staff were lovely and so accommodating. There are plenty of vegetarian options on the menu that they will veganise for you. They have vegan cheese in stock so will just swap out on any of the pizzas. There are also pasta choices.

Lovely atmosphere, nice stuff, not the best Italian food, unfortunately. Long waiting time even though it wasn't busy. Maybe fresh pasta would be better choice.

Food was pretty good! Very convenient location. Calzone was lacking in flavour but the seafood was lovely. Staff were fantastic and always had a smile. A little pricey but you won't break the bank here. The menu is huge so be prepared to sift through it. Overall it was a nice experience but nothing to write home about.

Such a disappointment. Carbonara with bacon instead of pancetta (even if the menu says pancetta) cream. Aperol spritz was super watery. Pizza was ok. The restaurant looks good and the atmosphere is nice but the food is very disappointing and not Italian.

Had a bowl of strained penne pasta with a few tiny pieces of beef. A bowl of soup which looked like a mug of cuppa soup. Side salad looked like it was straight out of a supermarket bag. £74…! Won’t be returning folks.
