Pizza Hut - Bournemouth

The pizza arrived just 10 minutes after ordering and it was absolutely delicious. I ate as much as I could and took the remaining slices home. The manager was professional and friendly, as well as the staff. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

We visited the restaurant on a Saturday evening at 7:00 pm. Unfortunately, the salad bar was empty and did not have any lettuce. However, the pizza was tasty and the service was good. We felt that the prices may be a bit high.

Bad service. No take away menus available. Only one waitress. Boy, who polished cuttlery wasn't knowledgeable at all. Both seems to be not wanting to be there. For what I got (1 pizza) and paid, I could have gotten a family meal if I had ordered online. Plus: Didn't needed to wait too long for my food. Pizza looked great and was very tasty Compliment to the chef.

Wasnt that impressed. Portion sizes seemed small and left feeling hungry. Pizza was nice but we ordered meal deal for 4 people and only got 2 plate sized pizzas with 2 small portions of chips to share, was disappointed with pudding too as all i think my triple chocolate cookie dough pudding appeared to be was one of those cookies you get in a five pack from supermarkets, heated up and almost burnt in a microwave with a very small scoop of ice cream on top and very expensive.

When it comes to choosing a place to eat, it is typically advised to avoid dining in an empty restaurant when others are busy. Unfortunately, we disregarded this advice and were disappointed. This was, without a doubt, the worst Pizza Hut we have ever visited. The pizza seemed overcooked and tasted like cardboard with an overwhelming presence of sweetcorn. The garlic bread was undercooked and served in a cheap plastic basket, while the cheese bites tasted like poorly reheated frozen food. The entire establishment appeared run-down and unclean, with dirty glasses prompting us to drink from the bottles. While Pizza Hut is usually a reliable option, this particular location requires significant improvements. Just a short two-minute walk away, there are other chain restaurants offering much better pizza for the same price. This was undoubtedly the worst £40 we have ever spent. Lastly, it is advised to avoid ordering coffee here as well.
