Excellent store, the new refurbish make the store look so different.

The staff were having some issues with both Chip And Pin machine and were also in process of cleaning coffee machine so there were some minor issues. These were more than compensated by the excellent customer service. Staff were apologetic and unfailingly polite to a fault and even threw in an extra cookie for my trouble. Cannot ask for more than that.

Good service, good staff, and great, great food. Love getting sandwiches here.

Visited them at Night time after 1 am. The staffs were very Friendly. Chatty. Suggested many things which I thought was beneficial for me. Everything was nice. One of the staff saw me that I was struggling , and he offered me to sit down, so cleared up space and got a table ready. I thought that was very thoughtful. I would go back again.

Standard sub.... guy was a little slow but it was late tasty as usual
