Branch On Bowen - Bowen Island

We saved the best for last! We absolutely loved meeting Robin and Branch at their charming ice cream shop and design boutique, Branch People. Former residents of Stanley Manor, they have now made Bowen Island their home. Be sure to check it out!

This restaurant is the perfect first stop for delicious and enjoyable food right off the ferry - just turn right! The staff always greets you with a smile, making it a great beginning to a wonderful visit on Bowen Island.

I visited Bowen Island during the off-season and found that the food had clearly been reheated multiple times. The meat and beans in my burrito were extremely dry, burnt, and rock hard. Perhaps the quality is better when there is more foot traffic.

The flavors at this restaurant are incredible, and you can clearly taste the high-quality ingredients they use. I ordered the beef burrito and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning to this establishment in the future.

I was sooo pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! It’s part of a gift shop/ice cream shop/and restaurant all in one. I didn’t have any expectations bc I didn’t read any reviews, I just hopped in randomly bc I needed a quick bite before my ferry as it’s right next to the terminal. I had the chicken bowl and wowwwww, it was amazing. The hot sauce was amazing! Even if you don’t like hot sauce just get it and ask for it on the side (trust me). Will def be coming back next time I’m on Bowen Island!
