Buffalo Wild Wings - Bowie

Can't even say worst service bc we were never served. Said we could sit at hightop, then said couldnt get served. Then sat us at table and proceeded to watch everyone around us get served. After 25 minutes we left as the servers laughed. Brutal.

I'm here in Maryland visiting my family having a beautiful/wonderful time. My son is on his head to go to Buffalo Wild Wings, so we did the food is good!?? Please check out the pictures to see what we ate. The next time you see a Buffalo Wild Wings check it out you'll be glad you did. ?

We received no service at all. It seemed like it may have been because we were wearing sports gear, but really? When we arrived, the man who showed us to our table gave us the option to sit in the dining area or wait 15 minutes to be served at the bar. We asked if we could have some beers while we waited and he said yes, but then we were never served. After waiting for half an hour without any drinks, we decided to leave at 4:35. We were just trying to relax, watch the game, and enjoy some beers, but it was a disappointing experience. It felt strange and maybe they just didn't want to serve us for some reason.

Great place… if you have ALL DAY. We’ve been trying this location out on and off for the past 3 years. Disappointingly it has not improved. Tonight we went and it was mostly empty, I counted about 7 tables. We arrived at 6 and the hostess told us we could scan the barcode to start our order. We started our drink order and the app crashed. So we waited for our server. Our server was so nice… but all of his niceness couldn’t help the situation. By the time we got to place our order, we sat around with our 5 kids and tried to entertain them as best as possible while we waited for our food. Our order was finally placed around 647 and we received our main food around 730. We rushed eating and finally got a check at 745. I can understand in a full house but the place was nearly empty!The Cobb salad was wilted and left a bad taste, not crisp and vibrant. The bbq sauce on the wings was so thick. Both of our IPAs tasted watered down. Blue cheese is $1.50 extra for the little dipping cup.The servers are so nice but what is going on with the kitchen?? Then the entire place smells like a locker room.This place is the closest to us and we would love to make it a favorite. But so far there’s been no luck on timely service or fresh food.
