Domino's Pizza - Bowie

I placed an order an hour ago and the tracker still says "check the quality". I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to check the status, but no one answered the phone. This is very unprofessional. I have no idea what's going on and there's no way to find out. The customer service is extremely lacking. Nearly an hour later, I am informed that my hour-old pizza is finally on its way. Can I expect any compensation for this delay? This is unacceptable.

I was pleasantly surprised to find my pizza ready and waiting for me when I arrived. In the past, I have had to wait much longer at other places. The service was very friendly and the pizza was perfectly cooked. I especially enjoyed the Brooklyn-style crust, which is hard to come by in this area.

Just tried to place an order Saturday night 8:00 pm . Went to check out and it says unable to complete your order only carry out orders allowed. Good thing Popa Johns can fill my order. Get your stuff together Domino's

I called twice about my order and it’s been 2 hours I was waiting and I gave this location two chances first time it was the same deal and I said maybe it was a short staffed day so I tried again today and called to check on my order and he says oh someone is out with the order I said ok no problem how long do you think this is gonna take because I have things to do rather than sit and wait for pizza. With that being said he hangs the phone up on me mid conversation and was very rude I work in a pizza place this is not how long any food takes to make and deliver when your store is 10 mins from my location!
